The Elderly Arthritic Fitness Class is a project that focused on implementing the Fit and Strong! program in partnership with the University of Illinois. This program is designed to improve the quality of life for people with arthritis, and I have attached evidence that supports the holistic approach to fitness and wellness. Please take a look at the attachments to learn more about the program and its evidence-based approach.
