Perceptions and Attitudes of Stakeholders in Hickory Creek Watershed

Date

June 2022

Role

In this project, my role encompassed several key responsibilities that contributed to its overall success. I conducted interviews with various participants, gathering valuable insights and perspectives relevant to our research objectives. To expand our reach and enhance the depth of our data, I actively networked within the community to secure additional interviewees, fostering connections that proved beneficial for our study.

Additionally, I refined the interview questions to create a streamlined, door-to-door interviewing approach. This involved carefully crafting questions that were both engaging and concise, ensuring that we could efficiently collect meaningful responses while respecting participants' time.

Once the interviews were completed, I took on the task of coding and transcribing the recordings into themes and categories. This analytical work allowed me to identify patterns and trends within the responses, further enriching our understanding of the subject matter. By adapting our methodology and thoroughly analyzing the data, I aimed to facilitate a more effective and approachable interviewing process, ultimately enhancing the quality and richness of the information we gathered.
